DELIVERY

All orders are normally dispatched within 7 working days, except in the case of hand crafted items. Subject to our designers time, these can take up to 4 weeks in addition to the quoted delivery time quoted on placing your order.
In the event that one of our stock items is temporarily unavilable, we will notify you of any delay and dispatch the items as soon as possible.
We are based in Perth, Australia. As such, freight times are roughly as follows :
Australia : 1-3 days
Americas : 5 days
Europe : 5-10 days
On placing your order, you will be advised what period to expect your item(s) to be received in.

RETURNS

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the jewellery that you have purchased, you may return the unworn goods to us in perfect condition, with all the tags and labels intact, within 14 days of the invoice. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund except for earrings, which for reasons of hygiene, are non-returnable.
Before returning anything, please notify us of your intention to return the goods with 48 hours of receipts. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels being returned to us that are lost in transit and strongly advise that anything returned is trackable and insured.
www.toptiara.com products are of the highest quality, however should you receive anything faulty, we will pay for return postage. Please use our contact form to notify us upon receipt and remember to include your original receipt with the goods being retured.
